The team at Sow Studio consists of experienced embroidery specialists with over a decade of expertise in both digital and hand embroidery. Sow Studio was founded in 2022, and has since worked with a diverse range of clients across film, fashion, interiors, and the arts. With a focus on experimentation, Sow Studio explore a variety of materials, blending traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge digital techniques to create unique, forward-thinking textiles.
Alice Slater
Alice brings a wealth of experience from working with prestigious brands such as Burberry, JW Anderson, and Casablanca, among others. With a strong focus on innovative digital techniques, she is highly skilled in the latest embroidery technology and modern design practices.
Katie Westwood
Katie co-founded Sow Studio in 2022, bringing exceptional skill in both hand and digital embroidery. She has collaborated with prestigious clients such as Dior, Alexander McQueen, and Soho House, among others. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Katie's work emphasises natural, slow textiles, seamlessly blending modern techniques with traditional embroidery methods.
